Kool Seal® silicone rubberize roof and flashing sealant is premium 100% silicone sealant and is permanently flexible. Its durable, weather resistant seal provides excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates. Best used for sealing around through-roof projections, termination points, flashings, fasteners, side and end laps of metal building panels, scrim edges, seams etc. Adheres to metal, single ply, smooth BUR, APP, BS, modified bitumen, polyurethane foam, cured concrete, existing asphaltic and other approved surfaces. Can not be top coated with acrylic coating. Not paintable.
