At Akuna Outfitters, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out.

Shipping cost

We ship through a nationwide distribution network, and most of our products ship free by standard ground. Your shipping cost, if any, is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time

We move fast. Orders often ship the same day they come in, and most are delivered within 3 business days.

Where we deliver

We'll ship to your home, your marina or your campground. When shipping somewhere other than a house, add anything that helps the driver find you, like a slip number, dock or site number, in the second address line.

Order processing & cancellations

We process orders quickly. Because of that fast turnaround, we can't guarantee a cancellation once your order is confirmed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away and we'll do our best.

Tracking your package

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also look up a tracking number any time on our Track Your Order page.

Problems with a delivery

If anything goes wrong with your order, please reach out immediately. We respond to every message within 24 hours, and in many cases within a few hours.
