Order Issues

If there's an issue with your order, such as receiving an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will rectify the error at no additional cost to you, including shipping a replacement and providing a return label if needed. For a quicker resolution, please send a photo of the item received to our local customer service number.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is prepaid only under certain conditions. We strive to provide all necessary information to help you make an educated purchase. If you need to return an item because it's unsuitable, found at a better price elsewhere, or ordered in error, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility as per our Standard Return Policy.

Return Authorization

Returns must be authorized through our Return Authorization process. You are responsible for securely shipping the item(s) back to us, including covering the shipping costs and tracking. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns should be postmarked within 30 days from the original shipment date.

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee may be applied for returns that do not qualify for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in a condition suitable for resale. If not, a restocking fee of up to 50% may be charged, or the return may be rejected and destroyed. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturer Warranty Returns

Manufacturer warranty returns are processed as a courtesy, with shipping costs borne by the customer. In some cases, manufacturers handle warranty issues directly. We will provide their contact information when applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items like Electrical Parts, Trolling Motors, Electronics, Engine Parts, Controls & Cables, Propellers, Maps, and Service Manuals are not returnable once installed, tried, or opened. Life jackets must have tags attached to be returnable. Returns for used, tried, damaged, or dirty items will receive partial or no credit. We reserve the right to refuse returns on worn or used items.

Refund Processing

Returns must include the RMA number. Credit is typically issued within 7-14 business days of receipt of the item at our facility, although this timeline may vary. Please ensure proper documentation is included for a smooth refund process.
